Does GMC Scout only work with Shopify?

Yes, GMC Scout is built specifically for Shopify stores. It uses Shopify’s product data, collection structure, and store layout to run compliance checks that generic tools cannot match — including product data validation, empty collections, and policy page detection.

How long does a scan take?

Most scans complete in 30–60 seconds. Larger stores with thousands of products may take a few minutes. You’ll see a real-time progress bar while the scan runs.

Is there anything to cancel?

No. Unlocking a report is a single payment for that report — there is no plan, no renewal and nothing to cancel later. If you are on an older monthly plan from before we changed this, you can still manage or cancel it from your dashboard at any time.
