Refund Policy

Credit Purchases

Important: Credits never expire. You can use them anytime.

All Sales Final: Credit purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• No Refunds: All credit purchases are final and cannot be refunded
• Non-Transferable: Credits cannot be transferred to another account
• No Cash Value: Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of payment
• Account Specific: Credits are tied to your account and cannot be shared

Exceptions

The only circumstances where refunds may be considered:

• Technical Failure: If our service fails to deliver a report due to technical issues on our end, we may issue a credit refund at our discretion
• Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error, we will correct the charge
• Fraudulent Charges: If your account was compromised and unauthorized purchases were made, contact us immediately

All exception requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and are subject to verification.

Dispute Process

If you believe you qualify for an exception under the circumstances listed above:

1. Email legal@gmcscout.com within 7 days of purchase
2. Include your order ID or transaction reference
3. Provide detailed explanation and supporting evidence
4. We will review and respond within 5 business days

Note: Requests for refunds outside of the listed exceptions will be denied.

Processing Time

• Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
• Refunds appear on your statement within 5-10 business days after processing
• Total time: Up to 20 business days from approval

No Refunds For

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Unused credits (credits never expire, use them anytime)
• Dissatisfaction with scan results
• Dissatisfaction with Google's approval decision (we don't control Google)
• Violations of our Terms of Service
• Account suspension or termination due to policy violations
