Is this a subscription?
Yes — one plan, €29 a month. Cancel in one click from your dashboard: you keep access to the end of the month you paid for and are not charged again. There is no annual plan, no credit pack and no upsell.
What’s the difference between the free scan and the membership?
The free scan runs all 70+ checks and shows you how many issues you have and what category each falls into — but not the issue names, the evidence, or the pages affected. Members see all of that on every report, with a PDF you can use as notes for your appeal, white-label branding for client reports, and unlimited scans under fair use.
What does fair use mean?
Scan as much as you need for your own stores and your clients' stores. One scan runs at a time per account. If your usage gets very high we will email you personally to talk about it — we never cut anyone off automatically.
Can I get a refund?
Cancelling stops the next charge; a month already paid for is not refunded once you have used it. See our refund policy. If something went wrong with a payment, email terry@terryecom.com and we’ll sort it out.
